What we collect

When you submit the claim review form we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the property address, the county, the approximate sale date, your relationship to the property, and anything you write in the notes.

Our web host and analytics, if enabled, may log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages you viewed. We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to advertisers.

Why we collect it

To research whether your property produced a surplus, to contact you about it, and — if you choose to proceed — to prepare and support a claim with counsel. That is the whole purpose.

Who we share it with

• The licensed Texas attorney who would handle your claim
• Service providers who help us operate (for example, form delivery and email hosting), bound to use it only for that purpose
• Courts and county offices, where a filing requires it
• Anyone else you specifically ask us to share it with, and where the law requires it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not trade or rent lead lists to other recovery companies.

Communications and opt-out

If you give us your phone number we may call, text, or email you about your property and your claim. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts, or ask us on any call or email to stop contacting you and we will. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of any service.

Retention and security

We keep claim records as long as needed for the claim and for our legal and accounting obligations, then dispose of them. We use commercially reasonable safeguards, though no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Your choices

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email [email protected] and we will respond.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date below. Material changes will be flagged here.
